PJN is a reverse auction site connecting micropreneurs and micro-workers for microjobs.

Microjobs are small project jobs that usually take less than a week. Payment is directly invoiced by the homeworkers themselves who have subscribed to Pajamanation®. Most of our subscribers belong to the knowledge worker category.

At present there is a tremendous disruption of equilibrium in the market place for jobs: the world of job takers is failing and jobs disappear and become scarce. A new and tougher global economic ecology is rapidly emerging. Those who have lost their jobs or have given up working for corporations are creating a new world of jobmakers where each creates his or her own job. They are all linked up via high speed fiber and virtual communities develop that allow the participants to do more complex jobs. Perhaps our micropreneurial culture will eventually take charge of productive tasks that are now under the purview of bigger corporations creating a distributed and decentralized economy. At Pajamanation® we believe that the new economic ecology of jobmakers will partly replace the world of jobtakers. Soon a big part of the population will enjoy working for themselves.
